Heyy Peeps! I've decided I want to transition to a different way of eating. This will continue to take self-discipline to accomplish this lifestyle change. Often times I believe that many of us eat to live grabbing the nearest thing and placing it into our bodies without any thought of the ingredients, and if its nourishing to our bodies. Butttt that stops now! Or whenever you're ready! I would like to shift and take you all with me by sharing my current struggles, favorite recipes, and knowledge about the food we eat! As a mom of a 1 year old boy and wearing many other hats Ise be tied! ( I'm quite tired for those that are grammatically correct). So this blog page will show you healthy easy meals that can be prepared for the week ahead, as well as finding affordable options because being healthy doesn't have to be expensive, i'll be showing you ways to cross utilize products and current deals at stores so we can save our coins, shekels, dollars all of it. Also my personal journey of transitioning into a healthier lifestyle.

Let's get into the main focal point of this blog today The Bowl Series. The first bowl we'll be focusing on is the smoothie bowl! My current thing to eat after a workout has been a smoothie bowl it's so filling and easy to customize with the things you like.

This smoothie bowl had the base of frozen dark cherries, maca root, blueberries, raspberries, avocados, unsweetened almond milk and a bit of agave nectar. The toppings are shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, hemp seeds, walnuts, granola ,peanuts, and oranges. After a workout this filled me up,transitioning into being fully plant based I look for meals that contain protein and leaves me filled and fully energized. Which this bowl accomplished!

Well ladies and gents hopefully you all join me on my journey to beginning a new life with healing starting from the inside and working its way out! I love you guys and until next time eat you some fruit!
